73 Grammar: negation of the nominal sentence: مش (mish)

 

Negation of Nominal Sentence

To negate a nominal sentence, simply insert the word مش (mish) between the mubtada’ and khabar  (subject and predicate).   Note that as active participles (etc….مسافر …لازم …رايح ….عايز ) are grammatically nouns (acting as verbs), they too can be negated this way.
